Books padhna shuru kare, audio books padhna shuru kare aur aap apne job role ke related kuch sikhneka try kare that what more you can give to the company. Isse kya hoga apka commitment level increase hoga, skill increase hogi knowledge increase hogi toh apki ispe apki growthbhi acchi hogi. Toh agr aap apne aaneke aur jaanke travelling time me yeh sikhneka try karenge toh isme sabse accha solution yeh hoga ki ap ekhi topicpar experiment na kare alag alag topicpar experiment kare for e.g sale kahi e.g le lete hai. Saleme usually kya hota hai clinet ke sath meeting so lets say ki mondayko aap yeh topic dekh rahe hai ki clientkesath effectively meeting arranged kaise kare? Now apke saleme dusra step kya hai?
